"Pots of Love": Assignment 4



POTS OF LOVE



“Pots of Love” is a flower-shop/chain, marketing to all demographics and areas around the United States.  “Pots of Love” will offer customers unique bouquets of flowers, put together with individual care.  Customers will be able to handpick each flower to go in their bouquet; choosing from rare flowers that can’t be found anywhere else in the nation.  Customers will also be able to choose a personal message to be added in their bouquet.
“Pots of Love” is perfect for any occasion because we offer a variety of themed bouquets for anniversaries, Valentine’s Days, birthdays and get well soon wishes.  People will be able to order flowers either at local shops, over the phone, or electronically (via web, or smart phone).  Customers will also be able to choose from delivery or personal pick-up.
Our marketing strategies would include mass and target marketing in the area and around the nation.  “Pots of Love” will reach a wider market via television commercials, and word of mouth.  The company will reach a target audience though social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Texting coupons will also be included as a target marketing strategy.  Customers will be able to sign up to receive emails or text messages with deals for every holiday season.  The goal is to have a flower shop in every state, with the largest location in Atlanta, Ga.
One bouquet can range in prices anywhere from $10 to $20 depending on the season, the size and the choice in delivery style.  “Pots of Love” will have flowers shipped to each store location from around the world, giving customers a much larger and unique flower selection to choose from.
